Heavenly Raw Chocolate Caramel Bars

The quintessential dessert, these relaxing Harmony-infused and healthy raw vegan chocolate caramel slices will take your sweet tooth cravings on a journey to the heavens and beyond. 


For the Base:

3 Medjool dates
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon unsweetened, shredded coconut
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup macadamia nuts
1/4 cup gluten-free oats

For the Caramel:

3 tablespoons water
1 1/4 cups dates
1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Chocolate:

4 dropperfuls Harmony
3-4 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao powder


To Make the Base:

Add all ingredients to a food processor 
Pulse until a dough forms. If it is too sticky, add some extra oats.
Once ready, press the base into a 9×9-inch square pan.
Place in the refrigerator to harden.

To Make the Caramel:

Combine ingredients in a processor.
Pulse until a smooth, spreadable caramel forms. 
Scrape often (add additional water if necessary)
Once smooth, spread evenly on top of the base.
Return to the refrigerator.

To Make the Chocolate:

Over medium heat, add all ingredients, except Harmony, to a saucepan.
Whisk constantly until smooth and melted.
Add Harmony to the finished chocolate mixture.
Pour and smooth evenly over the caramel layer. 
Return to the refrigerator.

To Assemble:

Leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until all layers have hardened and chocolate is smooth.
Remove and slice into desired shapes.
